Very Poor Customer Service. Takes weeks and weeks to get some follow up , answer...... Only when you complain they will get back to you
Quando mi sono rivolto a Findea avevamo molti progetti da sviluppare in Svizzera. A causa della loro incapacità abbiamo dovuto delegare ad un legale svizzero, la risoluzione dei problemi che ci hanno causato e che ancora non sono conclusi. Il suo legale rappresentante non si è mai degnato di rispondere ad una email. Non consiglio a nessuno di avvalersi della Findea, non conosco le altre sedi, ma di sicuro quella di Ginevra non è assolutamente professionale. When I turned to Findea we had many projects to develop in Switzerland. Due to their inability, we had to delegate to a Swiss lawyer the resolution of the problems that have caused us and which have not yet been completed. His legal representative never deigned to reply to an email. I don't recommend anyone to use Findea, I don't know the other locations, but the one in Geneva is certainly not professional.
